I have to Bitch

I have only viewed 2 homes and I have decided that house hunting SUCKS BUTT. Okay now that that vent is out of the way. We put a bid in on a house it is a nice 1250 sq foot house in a decent neighborhood about 20 minutes from base. I really really like it, but she is asking 139,900 and we are only prequalified for 135000 (it is crazy that we looked in this area in the spring and the houses were only 125000). Our mortgage guy said he can probably get us up to 137000. Any how when we viewed the house she told us she will pay the closing so we offered 135000 and we will pay the closing since the VA loan will make her pay about half any way. Well the whole thing is ass backwards and her realtor did not even tell her our bid and sent it back to our realtor with a big huge rejected writen in black perment marker on it! So our realtor kind of wants to leave it alone. Flyboy and I found the sellers number and talked to her directly, she sounds like an idiot and has no clue what the hell is going on. She likes our offer and is going to call her mortgage guy today. She has two mortgages out on the house and she has only owned it for 3 years so it sounds like she is trying to avoid forclosure, either way she told us she is going to leave everything at the house including a big screen TV and all the appliances. I guess she has to move to Orlando and cannot take anything with her. We offered to sell her stuff and send her the money (although I think Flyboy wants to keep the TV). Either way I don't think we will get the house so I am still looking. We viewed another one yesterday but it had the weirdest layout and no front door. It was pretty bad. I am starting to get bummed because it does not look like we will be able to find anything in our price range and the cost of homes keeps going up. I wish it would plateau but I am sure that will happen after we buy one so we do not make any money!! The story of my life. I guess we will start looking in middleburg, I just really was trying to avoid all that traffic! I hate being a grown up.

Oh yeah and Ladybug is a BRAT (but I love her anyway)
