I hate being Bi-polar

Okay so I guess I should say I am not bi-polar, my mother, one of my sisters and one of my brothers are tho' and we are 95% sure Monkey is also, which is sad, but at least I have a good idea of what we are in for in the coming years! But anyhow the same day I bitched about the house we got a call from our realtor. I guess the lady's realtor was pissed that we called her direct and asked our realtor if she could tell us to not call this lady anymore. He can lose his license for not showing her a bid and when we are done with this whole process our realtor is going to file a formal complaint! Well anyhow it does look like we are getting the house we contacted another lender so we are approved for up to 145,000. We are paying 138,000 she is about to go into forclosure so that is the lowest she can go. It is fine there is a house that is 400 more square feet that is going for 179,000 2 blocks away. The house was appraised for 146,000 so it is not the greatest deal, but it is the most like we want and where we want. I think we will move to Clay county the next time we buy, but for now I love Monkey's school and the jr high she will go to (they are magnet programs). It will be high school, but if I can help it she will go to a private/ Catholic High school!
So the house needs paint desperately and the carpet will have to be done sooner than later (I am hoping to put in pergo or something like that), but it will be OUR house. Flyboy is so excited and his dad is helping us with the closing costs. Our lender is trying to close by the end of the month!! That is crazy, but I know I have tons of friends who are going to help, right??
