Rainbow Promises

27 September 2006

So it is looking like my avid readers get bi-monthly updates...

I swear I will try to get a little more active on here again. My classes are consuming much of my time lately. I have little work to do and I would like to just get it all done so when Flyboy finally returns home in December they will be long done. We will see.
So lil' man is cooing all the time it is so cute I do enjoy he and I's little conversations. Chubs is back to being a punk, she was doing sooo much better and is great with other babies but has decided that she wants to be my baby and is demanding a lot of attention. Today was horrible she got in lotion at Supermoms and covered herself, a baby doll oh and Supermom's bed (luckily she was just about to strip it due to one of the boys having a bloody nose). Then we got her cleaned up only for her to get into the lotion. So then after I got the girls from school it just continued with soap and finally busting an electrsol tab with her teeth. I was ready for her to go to bed when I put her down. AJ is starting to read and it is so cute. She is obsessed with one of my text books and carries it around like a bible. It is Inequality and Diversity. So I asked her if she would take my test for me and she says well I can't really read but okay. She is so cute. Her art teacher has taking a real liking to her and bought her a bunch of clothes, they are really cute too. That's my AJ. Monkey well Monkey is a preteen who is her Daddy's daughter and is not keeping up with her school work out of sheer laziness. All of her teachers tell me she is so smart and so creative but needs to get motivated. She keeps reading in class instead of paying attention so now she has to leave all reading books on her teachers desk all day except for free reading time. She has passed my reading level and just finished a Terry Pratchet novel. She reads 500 page books in less than a week and retains them, just crazy. She just hates Math and writing. She doesn't like to worry about grammar and makes up definitions for her words. Oh well she will learn. She got 1 D on her progress report and right now the rule is she cannot get any D's on her report cards if she wants to go to the Kennedy Space Center with her gifted class in the spring. How cool is that I live less than 2 hours from the Kennedy Space center, okay over my little brag!
Well Kare-bear and her boy Wyatt came down for the weekend. I miss her and I wish I lived closer it has been awesome I have seen Wyatt 3 times since he was born in Febuary. Wyatt also crawled for the first time at the zoo! That was cool since Chubs decided to learn how to crawl at Kare-bears house (she wanted Kare-bear's dog's green bone!) Wyatt was definitely ready to go home though he enjoys being a one and only, hopefully the plan of 3+ years spacing works!
Speaking of that I will get finished with getting neutered later next month. I am hoping there is no problems but Flyboy said if they cannot place the insert this time he will get snipped as soon as he gets home. I rather not recoop from surgery without him here to help. I am not worried about going through the Essure again that was easy.
Well I better either go to bed or do homework, but Lesley this is for you and I will try and get my updates up to once a week.

edited: I do not know why this didn't post on the 27th when I wrote it.
