Update on the d#$n house stuff AGAIN
So the first house fell through. It needed way more work then we thought so we had to let it go. So there goes that $300 on an inspection, ouch and now we are off looking again. So yesterday I found a house in purplemomma's complex and I love it, it is the end of a cul-de-sac and just the cutest thing. It needs no work and all the appliances are new, the master suite is really nice. It is a little small, but we don't plan on being there forever so it would work. The backyard is kind of little, but behind it is woods so that is nice. I put a bid on it so now I am waiting. Flyboy hasn't even seen it, but he says he respects my opinion on it. It went on the market 2 days ago and has already had 10 people view it so I am sure that we are not the only bid. But here's to hoping. I think I love it more because it would take 10 minutes to get to base which would be so nice!
Now I have to get stuff done around the house and some homework while I am at it!!

We didn't get the house becuase the d#mn idoit seller doesn't want a VA loan, yet in his listing it says will consider VA loan. Oh well I never did find out if it would be cool to have my dogs there anyway!! So on to look some more

There is a couple of bids on it, we find out tomorrow!! It is on Pinevalley, there is another one for sale by owner that is exactly like it on the other side of the street so I may look at that one if they take a different bid. I just love the neighborhood, for its closeness to base and how nice it looks.
Some People are just Azzholez! If they aren't going to take a VA loan, then they should not put that in the ad!
