So I looked at 2 houses today

Both over by the other one, one was the same layout as the house that we didn't get, but the people have LIVED there 10 years. Yes they have done some of the floors (hardwood and tile), but the carpets are DISGUSTING and those are only getting cleaned (don't see much help in that). There is a screened in back patio which the other one didn't have, but it needs help (rescreening and a new door). The whole house needs a coat of paint inside which is a cheap and fun fix!! Otherwise the appliances are newer, not what I would pick but they will work. I really like that the HO will take care of the whole exterior of the house and mow that is nice. The bedroom doors have seen better days, but do not look damaged. I really like it the layout will work for us, nothing in our pricerange really is big enough, but that is what the second house is for. She is asking 143K and I offered 140K and she won't take anything but a full price offer, she is smoking something if she thinks the house is worth that in the condition that it is in. I guess they had a lot of people view the house today and I am the only one who made an offer, what does that tell you crackhead.
The other house is in the neighborhood next to it. It was built in 2002 and they want 144K for it it is worth every penny, but the layout just wouldn't work for us.
I really hope the crackhead comes down and accepts our offer, seeing as the house down the street that was the same layout without the screened in area went for 138K and it didn't need ANYTHING and had nicer appliances and brand new faucets and they carried the hardword floors into the bedrooms. So now I am off to waiting again.

On a side note I am happy I skipped the trip to SW Apple Juice and Chubs were both crankpots and I would have thrown them into the tank with Shamu if I would have had to deal with them and people!!
